Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JoinedIt. By creating an account or using JoinedIt you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use JoinedIt.

The pilot

JoinedIt is offered free of charge as a pilot. Features may change, be limited or be discontinued, and the service is provided without guarantees of availability.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use JoinedIt.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant JoinedIt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute it as needed to operate JoinedIt, including showing public Space and event content to anyone. You confirm you have the rights to the content you post.

Acceptable use

Do not use JoinedIt to:

• break the law, or harass, threaten, defraud or discriminate against others;
• post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others' rights;
• send spam, scrape the service, probe or bypass security, or interfere with its operation;
• impersonate others or misrepresent an event, organization or affiliation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Organizers and events

Organizers are responsible for their Spaces and events, including accuracy, safety, venue arrangements and compliance with applicable laws. JoinedIt is not the organizer of events listed on the platform and is not responsible for events themselves. AI suggestions are drafts for organizers to review; organizers decide what to publish.

Payments

Paid ticketing is not available during the pilot. If it becomes available, additional terms, including organizer payout terms and fees, will apply and be shown before you use it.

Disclaimers and liability

JoinedIt is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, JoinedIt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for events, content or conduct of users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify you of material changes. You may stop using JoinedIt at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations or to protect users or the service.
